Location: Park in the Mugga Way car park opposite Francis Street. We will hold the AGM next to the car park
Activities:
- Cut and dab woody weeds on the Hill in this vicinity
- Chip weeds
- AGM
Conditions: open to dense bush, gentle to steep slopes, rocky in parts
You bring: Water to drink, hat, gloves, long sleeved shirt, long pants, eye protection, sunscreen cream, solid enclosed shoes. BYO morning tea. Also bring hand sanitiser, your own pen for signing the book and your own tools if possible. (See Covid 19 Advice below)
We bring: Extra leather gloves, herbicide dabbers, some hand sanitiser, disinfected tools, and instructions. (See Covid 19 Advice below)
Note: It is important that you attend the Covid safety and activity briefing at 0900. A byo morning tea and AGM will be held at 11am.

Covid 19 Advice
1. Practice 1.5m social distancing at all times. Do not share tools;
2. All shared tools will be disinfected before and after use. If you have your own tools and a pen to sign the book please bring them;
3. Hand sanitiser will be available. Hands should be sanitised at the group meeting place, before and after putting on gloves or using shared tools. If you have your own gloves and /or hand sanitiser please bring them; 4. Please do not sign the attendance book or touch shared equipment without first sanitising your hands;
5. If you feel unwell please stay at home.

Cancellation: The activity will be cancelled by email (if possible) if rain/wind is forecast which could make planned work potentially hazardous, high temperatures before midday are forecast, total fire bans are announced, air pollution is ‘hazardous’ or Covid 19 restrictions in force.
