While erosion is not a significant problem within the Red Hill Nature Reserve, the Regenerators initiated a project in 2015 to map and identify areas of potential erosion.  In addition a visit by erosion specialist Campbell Wilson was organised by the Southern ACT Catchment Group and a report was prepared regarding some of the more significant areas of erosion.
