Another very productive joint work activity was held with the Federal Golf Club (FGC) on Thursday 24 September 2026. The work activity involved clearing large, mature patches of the woody weed Rowan along with other woody weeds from the FGC area earmarked for incorporation into the Red Hill Nature Reserve. These joint activities have so far resulted in approximately 0.9ha of the area being cleared of woody weed thickets. The images, and the video which shows the cleared area, demonstrate the beneficial impacts of the work activities on this woodland area. Many thanks to the volunteers and the FGC staff who undertook this work. The Regenerators look forward to further joint activities.
