The Red Hill Regenerators invite you to our next mid month working bee which will be held on Wednesday 11 October 2017 at 9am
The weather is rapidly warming up, and combined with the very low rainfall this spring, it is essential that the recently planted tubestock get a decent watering in addition to any rain which might arrive in the next few weeks.
The details:
Time: Wednesday 11 October 2017 Work: 0900 to 1230, with byo morning tea at 1100.

Location: Meet at the Rusden Street, Garran entry gate by 9am sharp to gain entry and self drive up to the water cubes.
Activities: We will try and water all the new planting adjacent to the two water cubes. If time permits we will also water the plants at the southern end of the reserve;
You bring: Water, hat, long sleeved shirt, long pants, sunscreen cream, solid shoes, morning tea.
We bring: Sufficient buckets for six. Please bring buckets if you have them.
Note: Children under 16 years must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Work parties will be cancelled by email (if possible) if: a) the forecast is for > 35 deg C, b) it is a total fire ban day, c) there is lightning, or d) there is heavy rain.
