Here is the link to the ACTMAPi site which contains the web based maps of the Regional Fire Management Plans.
In order to see the different layers making up the map, click on the icon at the bottom left that looks like a stack of paper. You can then expand and tick on and off the different layers in the “Map layers” column on the left hand side of the screen
For example, under the “Regional Fire Management Plan” heading, click on the “+” sign to expand this layer, and then you can turn on and off the different treatments (Grazing, Physical Removal, Prescribed Burns, Slashing)
The map contains further information – zoom in and out using your mouse or the arrows, and then click over the activity – An information box should appear with a description of the RFMPs and then some info on the activity – in relation to burns, the timing , type of burns (eg Strategic, Asset Protection) and some additional comments.
